Our Team
Larry Bangs, CSDS
Co-Owner
Larry traded wingtips for steel-toe boots when he and his wife Christina took over Abraham’s Shredding in 2016. His banking background and experience driving service routes give him a practical understanding of both the business and its customers. Today, he manages major accounts and builds new relationships through networking, outside sales, and site visits. He also oversees finances, fleet, and facilities, guiding investments that keep the company equipped to serve its customers well. As a Certified Secure Destruction Specialist, Larry brings a strong commitment to security and accountability. Outside the business, he volunteers in his community and parish and enjoys time with family and friends.
Christina Bangs, CSDS
Co-Owner
Christina keeps the people, processes, and customer experience connected at Abraham’s Shredding. As co-owner and a Certified Secure Destruction Specialist, she coordinates day-to-day office operations and supports the team in maintaining the company’s standards. She draws on her background in sales, customer service, and software support to solve problems and keep service running smoothly. Her approach is straightforward: understand what customers need, make the process clear, and deliver on promises. Outside work, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and Larry hope to walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain.
Gina N.
Warehouse Operations Supervisor
With more than 25 years at Abraham’s Shredding, Gina brings extensive experience to the work that happens beyond the pickup. She oversees warehouse operations, helps customers, and keeps equipment and destruction processes running smoothly. She was drawn to work that kept her physically active while doing something useful for others, and that still fits her today. Gina understands how each step contributes to protecting the information customers entrust to the team. Away from the warehouse, she enjoys family time and long walks in the fresh air.
Amy E.
Operations Assistant
If you call Abraham’s, bring materials to the drop-off window, or have a pickup scheduled, Amy may have a hand in helping your day go smoothly. She plans routes, answers questions, assists customers, and steps in wherever she’s needed. After retiring from education, she found a new way to put her organizational and people skills to work. Amy takes care with the details, whether she’s handling payment information or explaining how materials are kept secure before destruction. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, sports, and her large circle of family and friends.
Mary J.
Accounting Administrative Assistant
Mary puts her love of numbers to work, keeping the billing side of Abraham’s organized and accurate. She prepares invoices, processes payments, and helps customers by phone and email, usually with coffee close at hand. Her work calls for both attention to detail and careful handling of customer information. She understands that dependable service includes what happens after the truck leaves, too. Outside the office, Mary enjoys getting her hands dirty in the garden and heading out on family adventures, from nature walks and zoo visits to road trips and camping.
Robert W.
Senior Technician
Rob is Abraham’s senior technician and has been part of the team for nine years. He joined with extensive experience in driving and customer service, a background that continues to serve him well on his routes. His day begins with a route review and a thorough truck check, followed by customer stops, unloading, and helping back at the shop. He brings a practical understanding of the work to each stop, with secure handling of customer materials at the center of his responsibilities. When the workday is done, you’ll likely find him spending time with his rescue dog, Journey.
Cruz G.
Warehouse and Destruction Technician
Cruz brings mechanical know-how and versatility to Abraham’s Shredding. Originally hired for warehouse support, he also uses his driving experience to help with service routes. In the facility, he operates shredding equipment, maintains machinery, and helps keep trucks and the workspace ready for the next job. His work helps keep the operation running smoothly and customer materials secure from pickup through destruction. His interest in how things work extends beyond the warehouse: in his free time, Cruz enjoys working on older cars.
Jason K.
Technician
Jason came to Abraham’s looking for active, challenging work and the opportunity to meet interesting people. Three years later, those are still two of his favorite parts of the job. He enjoys connecting with customers and takes seriously the trust they place in him when he collects their confidential materials. Outside of work, Jason spends time creating music and being with his twin boys.
Nate T.
Technician
Nate joined Abraham’s after working as a mechanic and deciding to try a new field. He works across both shred-truck and box-truck routes, visiting a wide variety of businesses before returning to help in the warehouse. He wants customers to feel comfortable with the process and confident that their information is being handled securely. His mechanical background and willingness to work across different parts of the operation serve him well in a varied role. Outside work, Nate enjoys staying active and has a passion for music.
