Can we reuse our storage boxes?
Yes. We shred only the contents of your boxes, allowing you to reuse them.
Do we need to remove staples or paper clips?
No. Our shredding equipment can handle staples, paper clips, folders, rubber bands, CDs, and diskettes. However, please remove large metal objects like binders and hanging file folders, as well as plastics or x‑rays. If your materials include these, contact us and we’ll provide the best solution.
Do we have to bring the documents to the truck?
No. Our shredding team does all the heavy lifting. For homeowners, we recommend staging boxes in the garage. For offices, our base fees cover ground-level or elevator access. If stairs or special access are required, we can assist for a small additional fee.
